I am interested to be part of UKM Kesihatan workforce. How should I proceed?

  • You do not have to fill up job application. Just send your resume and your job application letter to Human Resource Department and the specified position you applied for.

Does the company will respond to my emailed resume by sending the acknowledgment receipt?

  • The company will not respond or reply to any job application email. But all application data will be stored in the data bank application and the data will be retrieved when there is a vacancy and the candidate profile matched with the user department requirement.

How do I know if I quality for the position I applied?

  • Only qualified or shortlisted candidates for vacancies that exist will be called for interview and the company will inform the candidates about the interview via phone and email.

What is the method of notification to the successful candidate or unsuccessful candidate?

  • Only successful candidates in the interview will be contacted by the company either via phone or email. After 2 weeks if the candidate did not get any notification or feedback from HR, then the candidate is deemed to have failed in his/her interview.
